On January 10, 2001, RiverPointe purchased 6.9 acres of land on Gladstell Road with the hope of building a church on the site. Prior to building, the church decided to move its Sunday and Wednesday services to the YMCA in order to enhance their visibility and outreach within the community. Services at the YMCA began on March 4, 2001.
In August 2002, the church poured the concrete foundation of the church building on Gladstell Road. Volunteer Christian Builders erected the building.
RiverPointe conducted their first worship service at the Gladstell location on December 1, 2002 dedicating the building on January 12, 2003.
